This product is a 8-series lead-acid-to-lithium BMS battery management system, specifically designed for applications replacing lead-acid batteries with lithium batteries. The system features high-precision monitoring capabilities, enabling real-time detection of cell voltage (accuracy ≤10mV), charge/discharge current (accuracy ≤2%@FS), and temperature (accuracy ≤2℃). It provides comprehensive protection against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits, and extreme temperatures. The product supports four modules in series, incorporates charge balancing functionality and an intelligent sleep mechanism (deep sleep current ≤10μA), and enables parameter configuration via UART communication or Bluetooth app connectivity. Through precise battery state monitoring and protective strategies, it effectively extends lithium battery lifespan, making it suitable for various energy storage and power system applications involving lead-acid-to-lithium battery conversions.

  • At higher temperature the capacity will be reduced and constant exposure will cause increasing capacity fade.
